Green Bay Packers offensive lineman David Bakhtiari left Sunday's wild-card loss to the San Francisco 49ers with a concussion in the fourth quarter.

But a report from FOX's Pam Oliver suggests that Bakhtiari was able to force his way back onto the field while being evaluated on the sideline.

Bakhtiari left the game after Packers running back Eddie Lacy's three-yard run to the one-yard line. A play later, John Kuhn scored a touchdown and then, according to Oliver, Bakhtiari pushed his way back onto the field for the extra point.

After the PAT Bakhtiari was taken back to the locker room for evaluation. He was later ruled out with a concussion.

The NFL, of course, has made following the proper concussion protocols a point of emphasis in recent years. This report, if true, would not sit well with the league office.

According to the Associated Press, both the NFL and the Packers are looking into the report.
