Rolando McClain doesn't get arrested every time he visits Decatur, Ala., it just seems that way. For the third time in 16 months, McClain has been arrested in the Alabama city.
The recently signed Ravens linebacker was arrested on Sunday and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, according to CBS-affiliate WHNT-TV in Decatur.

Eyewitnesses at the scene told WHNT News 19 that police officers had ordered McClain and several other people to leave the park after a large crowd had gathered there. McClain allegedly refused to do so, and began cursing at the officers. Authorities said McClain was eventually handcuffed and taken to the city jail before bonding out a short time later.
The arrest isn't good news for McClain, who probably won't have a long leash in Baltimore. The former Raider already has two arrests under his belt since being drafted eighth overall by Oakland in 2010.
McClain was arrested on Dec. 1, 2011 and charged with third-degree assault, reckless endangerment and discharging a firearm inside city limits. The former Alabama linebacker was sentenced to 180 days in jail, but later appealed the ruling and eventually all charges were dropped in the case.
That wasn't the end of his troubles though: McClain was arrested for a second time in January for giving false information to a police officer. At the time, McClain said he was "falsely accused of everything" and he answered "yes" when asked if Decatur police were targeting him.
The troubled linebacker was released by the Raiders on April 5 after only three seasons with the team. McClain was picked up by the Ravens on April 12 after signing a one-year, $700,000 deal that included no guaranteed money.
