Last July, Russell Wilson decided to host the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Sports Awards and apparently, he had such a good time that he's decided to host the event again.
The thing about hosting a giant event is that you can't just show up and host it, you actually have to go through things like rehearsal so that you kind of look like you know what you're doing at the actual event.
Well, Wilson's first day of rehearsal was this week and things got off to an amazing start: Nickelodeon gave him a blinged-out Seahawks jersey.
After Wilson posted a picture of the jersey on Instagram, dozens of people in the comments' section wanted to know where they could buy one. Unfortunately for those people, there's only one blinged-out jersey and it belongs to Wilson, and he probably won't be giving it away anytime soon because it's kind of ruined.
If Wilson's rehearsal is any indication, he's going to get slimed a lot at the actual awards show, which is being taped on July 14. The actual show will air on July 17 on Nickelodeon.
Oh, and it's very likely that Wilson won't be the only NFL player at the show: Aaron Rodgers, Rob Gronkowski, Tom Brady and Von Miller have all been nominated for awards.
