Saints owner Tom Benson given medical attention again at camp
For the second time in two weeks, Saints owner Tom Benson needed medical attention while at practice.
A week after suffering dehydration while at Saints camp in West Virginia, owner Tom Benson was hospitalized Tuesday morning to receive oxygen, the team said.
But the Saints later said that Benson is feeling OK.
Via Saints spokesman @GregBensel: Mr. Benson was treated by medical personnel after needing some oxygen. The altitude got to him. He's fine— New Orleans Saints (@Saints) August 5, 2014
Benson also had to go to the hospital last week while New Orleans works out in White Sulphur Springs. But he was given fluids for his dehydration, and he was released.
As ESPN.com reminds us, the 87-year-old fell at the owners meetings in May, hit his head and went to the hospital to be treated for a possible concussion.
