Steelers coach Mike Tomlin bans end zone somersaults, calls them 'silly'

The Steelers finally won a game, defeating the Jets last Sunday, 19-6, and wide receiver Emmanuel Sandersscored the team's only touchdown, a 55-yard reception punctuated by a celebratory somersault.

But much like the locker room ping pong table, end zone acrobatics are now forbidden. Coach Mike Tomlin confirmed as much during Tuesday's news conference.
