Steelers coach Mike Tomlin joins Twitter
Steelers coach Mike Tomlin joined Twitter on Friday and he's promising 'straight fire' to everyone who follows him.
Tweeting with a Super Bowl ring on can't be easy, but Mike Tomlin's going to do it anyway. The Steelers' seventh-year coach joined Twitter on Friday with a first tweet that promises 'no BS.'
Hello Twitter. Expect no BS from me. Just straight fire!— Mike Tomlin (@CoachTomlin) July 26, 2013
Who knows what Tomlin will do with his new Twitter account, but lets keep our fingers crossed that he follows Justin Bieber, talks trash to Schwartz before the Steelers play the Lions in Week 11, tweets out photos of his breakfast every Wednesday and live-tweets Hard Knocks just to say that the Bengals are doing it wrong.
Lets also hope he does throwback Thursday, retweets that awkward Aaron Rodgers defending Ryan Braun tweet and lets his followers vote on all Steeler offensive play calls in the second half of games where Pittsburgh is up by 14 points or more. Or just all the play calls all the time.
Also, it should go without saying that 'The standard is the standard' should be trending in Pittsburgh at all times.
