Texans' O'Brien: Jadeveon Clowney's OK, but top pick skips practice

ENGELWOOD, Colo. -- Texans coach Bill O'Brien says rookie OLB Jadeveon Clowney is "fine," but the No. 1 overall draft pick sat out Thursday's practice with the Broncos.

O'Brien did not get specific on the exact nature of the injury, which forced Clowney from practice Wednesday.

O'Brien said he was unsure if Clowney would play Saturday at Denver, but minimized any significance of it.
