Former Maryland defensive lineman A.J. Francis didn't get picked in the NFL Draft over the weekend, but that's about the only thing that went wrong for the former Terrapin.

After the draft ended, 'eight or nine' teams reached out to Francis and he decided to sign with the Dolphins. That's when the real fun started because Francis got to partake in what might be the first ever combination signing party/birthday party/engagement party in human history.

With the Dolphins rookie minicamp set for May 3-5, Francis' family decided to throw him an early birthday party on Saturday night. The birthday party turned into an engagement party when Francis popped the question to his girlfriend of two years, Tatiana Uruburo.

She said yes.

The best part about the combination party? It was caught on video. Francis uploaded the video to his YouTube page and in the video, you'll see three things: first you'll see what he calls the 'worst rendition of Happy Birthday ever.' Second you'll see Francis announce that he's signed with the Dolphins and finally, you'll see him pop the question.

"Just the biggest day of my life," Francis told the Washington Post
