VIDEO: Redskins QB Kirk Cousins shows off his singing talents

Washington Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins may think twice before accepting any future color commentating offers from the Big 10 Network.

Cousins, a former Michigan State quarterback, was serving as the color commentator during Michigan State's spring game Saturday when the network decided to unveil some old home footage of the second-year Redskins quarterback. Specifically, footage of Cousins singing and performing during his senior year at Holland Christian High School.

Cousins may not be on American Idol any time soon, but he does sing a rousing rendition of "Pretty Woman" and an even better "Oh What a Beautiful Morning." Also, the cowboy hat. Cousins is wearing a cowboy hat. That will probably come up a time or two in the Redskins' locker room this season.

The footage may be embarrassing, but it could be worse: his hometown newspaper could refer to him as Kurt Cousins or call him the Redskins kicker, two things that actually happened this month.
