On Wednesday, Vikings linebacker Erin Henderson was arrested on suspicion of DUI, his second arrest since November.

According to Carver County (Minn.) court records (via WCCO), Henderson was arrested at 3:03pm in Chanhassen, Minn., and was charged with second-degree DWI test refusal, fourth-degree DWI, third-degree DWI, and violating the terms of his driver's license stemming from his arrest on November 28th.

The Vikings released this statement Thursday.

"We are aware of the matter involving Erin Henderson. We are continuing to gather information and will have further comment at the appropriate time."

USAToday.com's Tom Pelissero expects Henderson to be released after the Super Bowl, once rosters become unfrozen for non-playoff teams.

In November, Henderson was arrested for probable cause DWI and possession of a controlled substance.
