Josh Norman's Redskins career hasn't even begun yet, and it's already off to a bad start -- if you're a big believer in the importance of practice. Because at practice on Sunday, Norman got torched by two of his teammates.

First up: Pierre Garcon, who easily outpaced Norman down the sideline. Then, he came back to the football and beat Norman to it.

Next up: DeSean Jackson, who fooled Norman on a comeback route.

Now, there are two ways to watch those videos. The first way, if you're a Redskins fan, is to panic, because the franchise just spent a fortune to land Norman in free agency. By now, fans have definitely heard about Norman's success as a zone cornerback. And those videos appear to serve as proof of Norman's shortcomings in man coverage. Not to mention, Norman will be forced to go up against receivers like Odell Beckham Jr. and Dez Bryant in the NFC East.

The second way is to react like Allen Iverson. Are we really talking about practice? Rather, are we really talking about two isolated plays from one-on-one drills in a July practice? Not to mention, Garcon and Jackson aren't the worst receivers in the world.

If you go with option No. 1, this might make you feel better:
