When you look at an NFL defensive lineman, it's easy to forget just how physically gifted they are. Strong, for sure, but many of these guys were also the best athletes on their high school and college teams.

Which brings us to Ravens defensive tackle Haloti Ngata, all 6-4, 340 pounds of him. The 2006 first-round pick has long been considered an athletic freak, and his workouts are a testament to that.

Behold.

To be clear: those are 150-pound "get-ups," accordong to Ngata's brother, who posted the video on Facebook (via BaltimoreRavens.com).

Not impressed? How about this: Ngata throwing it down flat-footed.

So, yeah, good luck, AFC North offensive linemen.
