"Suggs has a bicep injury," Harbaugh said. "He's played with that injury before. He has a chance to come back soon. How soon remains to be determined."
Harbaugh implied that he doesn't expect Suggs to play Sunday against the Jets, but he didn't go as far as to rule it out completely.
"I think this week would be tough for him," Harbaugh said. "But I don't put anything out of Terrell Suggs' ability to overcome."
