The Vikings' first defensive series in their new building resulted in a Minnesota takeaway. It also resulted in a Minnesota giveaway.

Week 2 of Sunday Night Football got off to wacky start. In the opening minutes of the first quarter, Aaron Rodgers hit Davante Adams near the Packers' 15-yard line. Adams, who features some not-so-secure hands, looked to cut up field, but had the ball stripped by a Vikings defender. Safety Andrew Sendejo scooped up the loose football and headed toward the end zone.

And that's where Adams' teammate Randall Cobb stole back possession by ripping the ball out of Sendejo's arms.

Welcome to Vikings football, U.S. Bank Stadium. Get ready for more wackiness, like heartbreaking missed chip shots, more defensive touchdowns than offensive touchdowns, and Sam Bradford.
