Week 4 NFL News and Notes: Kenny Britt (ankle) out
Titans receiver Kenny Britt won't play this week because of an ankle injury suffered last week.

Early in the season, the Titans were cautious with receiver Kenny Britt’s knees, especially since he was coming off offseason surgery, but in Week 3, he caught six passes for 55 yards and showed positive signs of being healthy.
That’s because Britt suffered an ankle injury last week -- and actually had to leave the game -- and after not practicing all week, he’s not ready to play.
“Very frustrating, very frustrating,” Britt said, via the Tennessean, earlier this week. “It’s like something I can’t get right, injury after injury. The last healthy season I had was my rookie year and ever since then it was just a downfall. It is something I can’t control. The only thing I can control is my rehab and trying to get back as soon as possible.”
-According to CBSSports.com’s Jason La Canfora, Dolphins running back Reggie Bush, who suffered a knee injury last week, will play vs. the Cardinals. As La Canfora writes, “Bush was able to do more work in practice through the week and is feeling good.”
Unless something negative occurs in game warmups, expect Bush on the field.
-Though Rams running back Steven Jackson is still hampered by a groin injury, La Canfora reports that Jackson is expected to play Sunday but his role could be limited. “He's expected to play against Seattle but may not carry his normal load,” La Canfora writes.
-While Fred Jackson will start at running back for the Bills, La Canfora reports that C.J. Spiller, coming off a chest injury from last week, also is expected to be active.
