Binjimen Victor: Moves back to practice squad
Victor reverted to the Ravens' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Victor was elevated from the practice squad for the third time this season ahead of Sunday's loss to the Bengals in the wild-card round. Though Baltimore had three wideouts unavailable on IR, the 26-year-old Victor was ultimately ruled inactive. The third-year receiver thus finished the 2022 season with zero targets while playing four of his nine total snaps on special teams, and he'll head into the 2023 campaign still in search of his first NFL reception.

Ravens' Binjimen Victor: Joins active roster
The Ravens elevated Victor from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's wild-card game in Cincinnati, Ryan Mink of the team's official site reports.
After Baltimore placed Tylan Wallace (hamstring) on injured reserve Saturday, the team was in need of reinforcements at wide receiver. Victor thus finds himself available for game action for the third time this season. In the first two, he combined for five snaps on offense and five more on special teams, during which he managed one tackle on kick coverage.

Victor was active for the Ravens' Week 9 contest at New Orleans but has otherwise been on the team's practice squad this season. However, with Tylan Wallace (hamstring) on injured reserve, the team had a need at wide receiver and an extra roster spot. It's likely that Victor will serve primarily on special teams.

After spending the entire first half of the season on Baltimore's practice squad, Victor was finally promoted to the team's active roster prior to Monday's win over the Saints. In the contest, the 6-foot-4 receiver recorded one tackle on just two special teams snaps, and he also played four of a possible 68 offensive snaps but failed to log a target. With Rashod Bateman set to miss the remainder of the campaign with a foot injury, Victor's next opportunity for a promotion to the Ravens' 53-man roster comes before the Week 11 matchup versus Carolina.

The Ravens elevated Victor from the practice squad ahead of Monday's game against the Saints.
Victor spent the preseason with Baltimore before being let go as part of the team's final roster cuts and joining the team's practice squad in late August. Now, the 25-year-old is set to make his NFL debut after wideout Rashod Bateman (foot) was placed on injured reserve Thursday. Veteran receiver DeSean Jackson was also elevated from the practice squad Monday, so Victor may be relegated to a deep reserve role behind Tylan Wallace and James Proche against new Orleans.

Baltimore doesn't figure to air it out much in 2022, so Victor will be hard-pressed to accrue any volume even if he does ultimately make the 53-man roster.
