Davis had a string of 12 consecutive starts interrupted when a concussion kept him out of the Alamo Bowl game against Ohio State. He returns for his senior season in 2005 and is one of the most effective members of Oklahoma State?s offensive line corps. He is a savvy blocker with great size and quickness and will be a valuable member of Joe Wickline?s crew this season.
2004 Season
Davis, an honorable mention All-Big 12 honoree, started every regular-season game his junior year and has 16 total starts in his career.
2003 Season
Davis started in five games, including the first four, at right tackle. He returned to the starting lineup against Baylor and started in the Cotton Bowl game against Ole Miss.
2002 Season
Davis apprenticed behind four-year starter Kyle Eaton at left tackle and saw action in five games.
2001 Season
His redshirt season at Oklahoma State.
High School
The Daily Oklahoman named Davis to its third-team All-State offense as a lineman, even though he played tight end. Davis was a top-20 Oklahoma prospect according to First Down Sports. He also excelled on the hardwood, earning the 2000 Black Diamond Conference Player of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year honors in basketball. Davis was also recruited by Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas A&M, TCU and Tulsa.
Personal
Born June 8, 1983, Kellen is the son of Ray and Dana Davis. He has one brother, Riley. His uncle, Clif Davis, played football at OSU from 1982-84. Kellen is majoring in geography at Oklahoma State.
