| Jackson goes for 222 and TD in finale : Seahawks QB Tarvaris Jackson throw his 14th touchdown pass of the season in Week 17 against the Cardinals. Jackson was able to find WR Ricardo Lockette on a 61-yard touchdown strike in the third quarter, which tied the game at 20. He completed 21 of his 35 pass attempts for 222 yards in the 23-20 defeat. but was picked off Richard Marshall in the second half. Jackson also racked up 3 yards on the ground and completed a pass to nine different receivers in the contest, while finishing with a QB rating of 82.9. (Updated 01/01/2012) |

| Fantasy Analysis |
| Jackson was able to put up career numbers in his first year in Seattle, throwing 14 touchdowns, while racking up 3,091 yards passing. However, turnovers were an issue for the 28-year-old, as he was picked off 13 times, while also fumbling nine times. Jackson only threw more than one TD in three games this season, and there are some rumblings that Seattle could be looking to upgrade the QB position. Fantasy owners should keep an eye on how things play out over the offseason. Even if Jackson gets a chance to start once again next year, should only be considered a low-end No. 2 Fantasy QB.
