| Seven more pounds on Maclin: The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that Eagles receiver Jeremy Maclin has put on seven pounds of muscle this offseason, up to 205 pounds, in an attempt to be more physical and stronger against opposing cornerbacks. An unnamed Eagles coach told the paper that he's expecting a breakout season from Maclin, who missed training camp with a cancer scare and another three games with minor hamstring and shoulder injuries that might have stemmed from him missing camp. He finished last year with 859 yards on 63 grabs and five touchdowns. (Updated 05/18/2012) |

| Fantasy Analysis |
| Maclin's yards per catch average has been routinely in the high 13 yard range his entire career, and he's averaged more than four catches per game over the last two seasons with a 15 touchdowns in 29 games (nearly one per two games). So long as he stays healthy, he seems like a very safe bet to be productive. He's also two years out from being in a contract year. Consider Maclin a fine No. 2 Fantasy receiver worth a pick between Rounds 5 and 6. That makes him an excellent value on Draft Day. (Updated 05/18/2012). |
