Vikings' Sam Bradford: Stays turnover-free for undefeated Vikings
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Bradford completed 22 of 30 passes for 271 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's win over the Texans.

Bradford opened the scoring with a 36-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Adam Thielen on the game's first drive, and was once again excellent when called upon in a 31-13 blowout victory. The trade acquisition from Philadelphia still hasn't turned the ball over while throwing six touchdown passes in four games for the undefeated Vikings. He has clearly picked up the playbook very well, but will have time to iron out any kinks over Minnesota's bye next week.

Vikings' Sam Bradford: Throws for just 171 yards in win at Carolina
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Bradford struggled in Sunday's win at Carolina, completing 18 of 28 passes for just 171 yards and one touchdown.

Bradford and the entire Vikings offense struggled to move the ball in their first game without Adrian Peterson (knee), but a strong performance by the defense and special teams led them to victory anyway. He's not being asked to shoulder a heavy load, but does look to have a decent rapport with tight end Kyle Rudolph and top wideout Stephon Diggs. While the 2010 first overall pick won't turn it over much, he probably isn't going to rack up significant yardage most weeks, either.

Vikings' Sam Bradford: Helps new team to win in starting debut
by RotoWire Staff | RotoWire

Bradford completed 22 of 31 passes for 286 yards and two TDs in Sunday's 17-14 win over the Packers.

Bradford shook off an injury to his non-throwing hand to lead the Vikings to a win in his first start for the team since being acquired in a trade with the Eagles earlier this month. It's clear that he'll keep the job, as long as he remains healthy, and the chemistry he displayed with wideout Stefon Diggs (nine catches for 182 yards and a TD) was encouraging, especially since it looks like Bradford may be handing off to running backs not named Adrian Peterson next week, after the Vikings' star back left Sunday's game with a knee injury.

Vikings' Sam Bradford: Starting Sunday
by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com

Bradford will be under center during the Vikings' first offensive snap Sunday against the Packers, Matt Vensel of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

All signs pointed to Bradford getting the nod in Week 2, from taking all the first-team reps in practice to doing the same in pregame warmups, according to Chris Tomasson of the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Just over two weeks removed from the trade with the Eagles, the Vikings will entrust Bradford with the controls, but having Adrian Peterson at his disposal will certainly ease the burden at the outset of this venture.

Vikings' Sam Bradford: More reports saying he will start Sunday
by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com

Several more media outlets are reporting that Bradford will be the starting quarterback Sunday against Green Bay with ESPN and NFL Network confirming earlier reports. Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer said he will not announce a starter until Sunday's game.

Local radio station ESPN 1500 AM Twin Cities had reported on Friday that sources said he will start and there were multiple reports earlier in the week that Bradford had taken most of the first-team snaps with the offense. Still, there is some risk for fantasy owners, as the starter may not be official until shortly before Sunday night's game. It's not inconceivable that Shaun HIll's performance in last week's win could delay Bradford's debut past Week 2.
