Housler is dealing with an hip injury, and was limited in practice Friday. Housler was listed with an ankle injury earlier in the week, but practiced in full Thursday. The hip issue is a new injury.
Arizona hosts the Rams on Sunday.
The 21 yards were the fewest in the last four games for Housler, who had averaged 59 receiving yards in his previous three games.
The Cardinals face the Rams in Week 14.
All of this production -- along with Housler's first touchdown of the season -- has come after the team's Week 9 bye. The Eagles, his Week 13 opponent, have been particularly tough against tight ends, allowing 5.4 Fantasy points per game -- the third-lowest average in the league. But the Eagles have struggled against the more offensive-minded tight ends. Timothy Wright caught seven passes for 91 yards, Jason Witten caught four passes for 48 yards, Antonio Gates caught eight for 124, and Julius Thomas caught four passes for 43 yards.
Housler has become a larger part of this offense since the bye, and should continue to see targets. He's more of a deep league option, but Housler does have some things going for him heading into Sunday's game, especially for a desperate owner in need of a streaming start.
Housler caught four passes for 51 yards. He received five targets, which tied for third on the team. After missing the first two games, Housler took a few weeks to get going. Over the past five games, Housler has caught 22 of his 24 passes. While he's only scored one touchdown over that period, he's clearly emerging as a viable target for Carson Palmer.
Housler will take on the Eagles Week 13.
