Currently tending to a groin injury, Reyes has not practiced in any capacity since last Wednesday. It's unclear when he'll be ready to take the field again.
Reyes was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice but his absence from the field on Thursday may mean that his groin injury has gotten worse. Between Reyes and Chris Baker (ribs/elbow), Washington is looking very thin at defensive end, even with Cullen Jenkins resigning earlier in the week. As Sunday's matchup with the Cowboys approaches, look for more updates to come about Reyes availability for the game.
Reyes (groin) was limited in practice Wednesday.
Reyes managed two tackles (one solo) during Monday's season opener against the Steelers, but he could have a bigger role Week 2 as starting defensive end Chris Baker (ribs/elbow) may not be able to play. If Reyes nears 100 percent health and Baker remains sidelined, Reyes could be in line to start Sunday against the Cowboys.
Reyes was previously listed as questionable to play. Now officially confirmed active, he'll likely see a limited number of snaps behind starting DE Chris Baker.
