Trinca-Pasat (knee) signed his exclusive rights contract tender with the Rams on Monday, Myles Simmons of the team's official site reports.
Trinca-Pasat spent the entire 2016 season on injured reserve after tearing his ACL last June. While it isn't clear if he's fully recovered, when healthy he'll compete for a backup role at defensive end behind starters Michael Brockers and Ethan Westbrooks.
Trinca-Pasat (knee - ACL) resided on injured reserve for the entire 2016 season.
Trinca-Pasat, an undrafted second-year player out of Iowa, suffered a torn ACL last June and reverted to IR after clearing waivers. He's now set to hit free agency, but will certainly need to prove his health in order to receive another contract offer.
