San Diego Chargers linebacker Manti Te'o (ankle) did not practice Wednesday.
Te'o has missed the last two games with the ankle injury, and his status remains questionable for Week 8 against the Baltimore Ravens .
Denzel Perryman is feared to have suffered a torn pectoral muscle during Sunday's loss to the Raiders, NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reports.
Perryman will have an MRI on Monday to determine the extent of his injury, but if it's confirmed to be a torn pectoral, the rookie's season would likely be over. The hard-hitting second-rounder has totaled 22 tackles and one forced fumble through seven games this season.
Manti Te'o (ankle) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game, Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union Tribune reports.
It seems likely Denzel Perryman will get the start in place of the injured Te'o, however nothing has been officially announced as of yet. IDP owners interested in playing Te'o should stay tuned -- his status for Sunday will likely be officially announced in the coming days.
San Diego Chargers safety Eric Weddle suffered a groin injury in the Sunday loss to Green Bay, reports Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union-Tribune.
Weddle played most of the game, but he injured his groin in the fourth quarter and was unable to return. He will undergo further tests Monday to determine the extent of his setback.
San Diego Chargers cornerback Brandon Flowers (concussion) practiced on Wednesday, the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
His practice status seems to suggest the concussion wasn't very serious, however more information should trickle out as the week progresses. The Chargers will need all of their secondary up to speed with a Monday night matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers next on the schedule.
