Dolphins' Dion Jordan on position change: 'I'm a defensive end'
by Igor Mello | CBSSports.com

Dolphins defensive end Dion Jordan told reporters while cleaning out his locker during Monday's exit interviews that he doesn't need a position switch in 2015 in order to reach his potential, per ESPN.

"I'm a defensive end, man," Jordan said. "I will continue to do whatever they need me to do, whether it's covering a special-teams kick or blocking on a kickoff return or covering guys in space."

Defensive coordinator Kevin Coyle said prior to Week 17 that the team would consider moving him to outside linebacker next season. However, Coyle's job could be in jeopardy.  Jordan, the No. 3 overall pick in the 2013 draft, was suspended twice this season, which kept him sidelined for six games. He posted 20 tackles and a sack in 10 games.

Dolphins' defensive struggles continue
by Chris Towers | CBSSports.com

The Dolphins defense has regressed badly in recent weeks, a trend that continued in a 41-13 loss to the Patriots in Week 15.

The Patriots racked up 395 yards of offense on the Dolphins, and did much of their damage in a 24-point third quarter. The Dolphins forced one turnover in the game, but failed to sack Tom Brady en route to just 2 Fantasy points.

The Dolphins DST unit has now scored in single digits in three of the last four games. Though they finish the season with solid matchups against the Vikings and Jets in Weeks 16 and 17, it's tough to rely on either player at this point.

Dolphins fade in second half of loss
by Chris Towers | CBSSports.com

The Dolphins' defense started out strong in Week 14, but came apart late in a 28-13 loss to the Ravens.

The Dolphins held the Ravens to one first-half touchdown, which came in the final seconds of the second period. They couldn't keep their strong start up in the second half, however, as the Ravens racked up three touchdowns, to go with 447 yards of total offense overall.

The Dolphins recorded just one turnover and one sack in the game, and end up with just 3 Fantasy points for the second time in three weeks. Things won't get any easier in Week 15, with the Patriots coming up on the schedule.
