Thompson suffered an undisclosed leg injury and will be out for the remainder of OTAs, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.
Thompson, who missed Wednesday's OTA, hopes to be back for the start of training camp according to Redskins coach Jay Gruden. Thompson is buried on the depth chart at wide receiver and will be a longshot to make the team's final roster, regardless of his health.

Thompson was hoping to grab one of the final receiving spots on the depth chart, but figured to be a long shot. The 24-year-old rookie played in one preseason game for the Redskins, and recorded one catch for 18 yards and a touchdown.
