Moss finished his 2008 season with 79 catches for 1,044 yards and six touchdowns. If he can improve on that he would vault from borderline No. 2 Fantasy WR to a lock as a starter each week. Plan on drafting Moss somewhere with a mid-round pick as a No. 3 option, and hopefully he can surprise you as Rosenhaus suggests.
