| DE Aaron Schobel has decided to retire rather than join an NFL team for the 2010 season. Schobel told KRIV-TV "I am retiring. That's it." Schobel had spoken with multiple teams including his hometown team, the Texans, and said it would be a great place to play. Schobel told the Houston Chronicle "I'm going to be 33 in two weeks and I'm leaving the game on my terms." Schobel, who had been placed on the "did not report list," was released by the Bills on Aug. 2, becoming a free agent. (Updated 2010816) TSX |
