Curtis still a factor for Eagles: The Courier Post reports Eagles WR Kevin Curtis should bounce back this year after a disappointing 2008. Curtis had a big year with the Eagles in 2007 (77 receptions, 1,110 yards, 6 TDs). Last year, however, he was battling injuries and the explosion of rookie WR DeSean Jackson. But the report says "Curtis finally hit the field again this offseason after dealing with a hernia, and he has done very well so he should take his place atop the depth chart this season."

Curtis is clearly the No. 3 WR for the Eagles in terms of Fantasy value behind Jackson and rookie Jeremy Maclin. We still think Curtis can be a No. 4 Fantasy WR in deep leagues and is worth a late-round pick.

WR Kevin Curtis didn't participate in last weekend's minicamp. He had additional surgery in mid-April on the sports hernia that sidelined him for seven games last season. He is expected to be ready to go in time for the Eagles' passing camp later this month. 57//2009
