OL Adam Golberg in the offseason had an offer to sign with Cleveland, but stayed with the Rams. The Browns' interest likely helped Goldberg get a two-year deal with a $100,000 signing bonus rather than just signing a minimum, one-year contract. Last year, Goldberg started games at four different positions. This year, he is at two after sliding to right guard from right tackle Sunday because of a foot injury that sidelined right guard Richie Incognito."He is probably Mr. Versatile right now," coach Steve Spagnuolo said of Goldberg. "It is not that easy to do all the O-line, the calls and the things they have to do and then you go out to tackle and face some of the edge rushers that we've faced this year so far and then he slips back into guard and he's always telling guys where to go and what to do. He is in the huddle giving down and distance. You can't replace guys like that. Those are real important guys to have on the team." 1//4/2009
