Stuckey on Schottenheimer's radar: In an interview with CBSSports.com, Jets offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer said that he's impressed with the offseason third-year WR Chansi Stuckey has been having, and that he should build on a breakout second season. "Chansi Stuckey is a guy we feel very good about," Schottenheimer said. "He played quite a bit of snaps for us last year and had over 30 catches and is having a very good offseason."

Stuckey has done so well in his offseason work that he's remained ahead of the pack for the starting No. 2 WR job opposite Jerricho Cotchery. The speedster came on strong early in 2009 but faded fast. This being his third year, all in the same offense, he's got a shot to surprise. He's worth a late-round pick in the deepest of seasonal and dynasty/keeper drafts this summer.

WRs Chansi Stuckey, Brad Smith, Wallace Wright and David Clowney all are vying to replace Laveranues Coles, departed to Cincinnati as a free agent, but there was no clear leader as the spring ended. The versatility of college quarterback Smith makes him a natural for offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer's gadget plays, while Stuckey is a terrific target as a slot receiver.
