WR Andrew Walter, in the final year of his contract, continues to skip all non-mandatory sessions in hope of getting his release. Walter was present at the mandatory minicamp but got no work, with Russell, Garcia and Bruce Gradkowski getting the snaps. He is in the final year of his contract. "It's voluntary and you have to let it be," Cable said of Walter's absence. "I don't get into all that. It is what it is." 52/1/2009
