Jones ready for fresh start: The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports Packers WR James Jones is ready for a fresh start this season after a disappointing year in 2008. "Last year was rough. I really couldn't play like myself all year," Jones said. "It is a fresh start because I'm healthy again. It's just going out there and getting a feel for it, making some plays and running around without pain, it feels good." Jones was limited last year with a sprained right knee he suffered in a preseason game Aug. 22 and then aggravated in the Atlanta game Oct. 5. He had just 20 catches for 274 yards last year compared to 47 for 676 as a rookie in 2007.

Fantasy Analysis

This could be a good year for Jones, who is entering his third season in the NFL, which is typically the year when receivers break out. He will compete with Jordy Nelson for the No. 3 WR spot behind Greg Jennings and Donald Driver, but Jones will see enough time to make him a No. 4 Fantasy option. He's worth a late-round pick in all leagues.
