| Bengals scratch Harvey off roster: Defensive end Derrick Harvey, who was the No. 8 overall pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, was released by the Bengals on Sunday. Cincinnati had signed Harvey to a one-year contract in the offseason, and by releasing him, the Bengals wasted the $60,000 signing bonus they gave him. The Jaguars traded up 18 spots just to get Harvey with the eighth selection of the first round four years ago. (Updated 8/6/12) |

| Harvey, 25, played in five games with Denver last season, none as a starter, and recorded just two tackles and two assists with no sacks. He had just eight sacks and 70 tackles in his three seasons with Jacksonville before being released last July. He should be ignored in all Fantasy formats. (Updated 8/6/12). |
