| Morgan signs with Redskins: Wide receiver Josh Morgan signed with Washington on Tuesday, one of two signings the Redskins made to open free agency. They also signed receiver Pierre Garcon to a deal. Morgan broke his lower right leg on Oct. 9 and was placed on injured reserve, ending his season with the 49ers. (Updated 03/13/2012) |

| Coach Jim Harbaugh had expressed interest in bringing Morgan back to San Francisco, but things didn't work out that way. Morgan had just 15 catches for 220 yards and one score in his five games last year. He's been loaded with potential for years but hasn't ever come through on a consistent basis. Fantasy owners shouldn't pay too much attention to Morgan this fall, as he's more valuable to his team than he is to our game. (Updated 03/13/2012). |
