Delhomme counting on Jarrett: The Carolina Growl reports Panthers QB Jake Delhomme still believes in WR Dwayne Jarrett. Jarrett, who is entering his third year in the NFL, has only 16 receptions in his first two seasons in the league. "We're waiting on Dwayne. He can truly help us and I expect him to help us," Delhomme said. "I have high hopes for him. If I didn't have high hopes for him I wouldn't be hard on him." Jarrett is still behind Muhsin Muhammad on the team's depth chart, but the report says clearly the team feels it's time for him to step up and deliver.
