| Hughes exits late after hard hit: Eagles defensive back Brandon Hughes was forced out of Thursday's contest against the Bengals after suffering an undisclosed injury. Hughes sustained the injury after taking a brutal block during punt coverage. He was able to walk to the sidelines under his own power. (Updated 12/13/12) |

| At this point, the extent of his injury is still uncertain, so we'll continue to monitor his progress moving forward. It seemed as if he took a shot to the head during punt coverage, but the team has yet to announce his status.
