"I'll be ready to rock and roll as soon as we open camp," he told ESPN. "Body-wise, I feel 100 percent. The pec and everything else feels real good. We kind of played it safe in OTAs and minicamp for precaution, but now we can kind of unleash everything."
Orakpo signed with Tennessee as a free agent after six seasons with Washington.
Orakpo was able to do walk-throughs at the Titans' OTA on Monday and is getting closer to being cleared to practice, per The Tennessean.

"I always tried to stay positive with him when he was handling all that adversity that he was going through," said Orakpo, who shared a locker next to Griffin when he was in Washington. "I think he'll be able to turn it around once he's able to stay healthy, and (he'll) prove everybody wrong. And don't be too much worried about the criticism and the bad stuff that goes around being the quarterback of a big-time franchise like the Redskins. I think it will turn around eventually for him, once he stays healthy and kind of, you know, eliminates all the negativity around him."

Earlier Friday, FOX Sports 1 reported that Orakpo agreed to a four-year, $32 million deal with the Titans. Orakpo was the 13th overall pick in the 2009 draft and made Pro Bowls in 2009, 2010 and 2013.
Morgan re-signed with the Titans on a four-year, $30 million deal, according to CBSSports.com NFL Insider Jason La Canfora. The Titans took him 16th overall in the 2010 draft.
Fasano caught 25 passes for 226 yards and four touchdowns with the Chiefs a year ago. After five years with the Chiefs, Succop hit 19 of 22 on field goals and a perfect 27 of 27 on extra points in his first year with the Titans in 2014.
Klug, a fifth-round pick in 2011, re-signed with the Titans to a long-term deal. In four seasons with Tennessee, he's recorded 101 tackles, 14.5 sacks and four forced fumbles.
Orakpo agreed to a four-year, $32 million contract, according to FOX Sports 1 NFL Insider Mike Garafolo. Orakpo could earn a max of $35 million, with $13.5 million guaranteed, a source told Garafolo.
Orakpo has spent his entire NFL career with the Redskins since being selected 13th overall in the 2009 NFL Draft. He made three Pro Bowls (2009, 2010, 2013) with Washington.
Unfortunately, Orakpo played in just seven games in 2014 before going on injured reserve in October due to a torn pectoral.
Orakpo has 254 tackles and 40 sacks in his NFL career. He also has one interception and one touchdown.
