Flynn still ahead of Brohm: The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports Packers backup QBs Matt Flynn and Brian Brohm finished the 2008 season with Flynn as the No. 2 and Brohm the No. 3 behind starter Aaron Rodgers. Coach Mike McCarthy said they were still in that order. For now, it appears the No. 2 job is Flynn's to lose. "We're kind of rolling that way, but I look at Matt and Brian as the same," McCarthy said. "I think that's a competitive situation that will work itself out." Brohm was a second-round pick last year and Flynn was a seventh-rounder. Brohm obviously would like to live up to his draft status and claim the No. 2 job. "I think it's a competition every single day," Brohm said. "We're out here competing. We competed in quarterback school and we're competing right now. The ultimate thing is the preseason games. What you do out there on the field on game day is where you're going to be truly evaluated."

Fantasy Analysis
Whoever wins the battle for the second spot only matters if Rodgers suffers an injury. Don't draft either passer in Fantasy leagues this year.
