The Colts aren't the only team moving into a new stadium. In 2009 and 2010, the New York Jets, New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys are all looking forward to settling into their new, billion-dollar homes.

These state-of-the-art facilities are bigger, more spacious and offer better amenities to fans than their older digs. But at what cost? Personal seat licenses for lower level seats between end zones range from $16,000 to $150,000 at Dallas Cowboys New Stadium. The Giants are charging between $1,000 and $20,000 for PSLs. The Jets? They're charging $4,000 to $25,000 per seat, except for 27,000 seats in the facility's upper tier.

And these prices don't even include the tickets.

In a declining economy, questions over affordability and changing fan demographics come up. Who cares if your team has a new glittering stadium if an average fan can't attend? How will inflated prices affect the ticket aftermarket?

On the other hand, new stadiums aren't cheap. How else are teams supposed to finance modern, billion-dollar facilities?

Either way, for every Cowboys/Jets/Giants fan balking at PSL prices, there are two more fans behind them with cash in hand. And teams know that.
