Tuck hurt his left shoulder last Sunday night against the Cowboys when tripped by tackle Flozell Adams. He has not practiced all week and coach Tom Coughlin said Friday he was 50-50 for the game in Tampa, Fla.
Besides Tuck, the Giants (2-0) said cornerback Kevin Dockery (hamstring), receiver Domenik Hixon (knee) and offensive lineman Adam Koets (ankle) are questionable.
Tuck, Dockery and Hixon did not practice Friday. Koets was limited.
Receiver Mario Manningham, who had 10 catches including a touchdown against Dallas, also was limited at practice on Friday. He is probable for the game.
