Colts make changes to practice squad

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) -The Colts have promoted running back Mike Hart and defensive end Ervin Baldwin from the practice squad to the active roster.

The rash of moves Wednesday also included waiving receiver John Matthews from the practice squad. Indy signed three players to the practice squad: offensive linemen Keith Gray and Andrew Radovich and quarterback Shane Boyd.

The move comes a day after Indianapolis released defensive end Josh Thomas and defensive back Anthony Madison.
