Misi was accused of breaking into an apartment and punching a man in the face in an April 2011 incident in the Santa Barbara, Calif., area.
Misi did not appear for his arraignment and was arrested in Florida in March.
Misi paid the man $42,000 for medical bills in court on Thursday. He will be sentenced in February. He will be on probation and have to attend 12 anger management sessions, along with 400 hours of community service. The charge against him will likely be reduced to a misdemeanor, according to prosecutor Anthony Davis, because Misi has no prior criminal record and another individual was taunting him during the incident.
The 25-year-old has 34 tackles and 1.5 sacks in six games this season.
