NEW YORK (AP) - Comments on the Tennessee Titans by the AP Pro32 panel (ranking in parentheses):
TENNESSEE TITANS (25)
Chris Berman (ESPN, 24) - Matt Hasselbeck hasn't forgotten how to play clutch football, especially if Chris Johnson is back.
Clifton Brown (Sporting News, 27) - Chris Johnson is starting to heat up, and wishes he could face Buffalo more often.
Cris Collinsworth (NBC Sports, 19)
Rich Gannon (CBS Sports/SiriusXM NFL Radio, 19) - Need to stick with Hasselbeck for now after winning their last two.
Bob Glauber (Newsday, 22) - Truth be told, the Titans are better off with Matt Hasselbeck at quarterback if this team is in a win-now mode. His performance in a shootout win in Buffalo shows it.
Rick Gosselin (Dallas Morning News, 24) - The Tennessee defense has managed one sack or less in six of the Titans' seven games thus far.
Clark Judge (CBSSports.com, 24) - Call off the APB. Chris Johnson is back.
Ira Kaufman (Tampa Tribune, 27) - Every time you dismiss Chris Johnson, he turns into Gale Sayers.
Pat Kirwan (SiriusXM NFL Radio/CBSSports.com, 26) - Leave Matt Hasselbeck on the field and continue to win games in a weak AFC.
John Lynch (Fox Sports, 26) - Does QB Jake Locker return as the starting QB when healthy? Back-to-back W's by QB Matt Hasselbeck and the Titans begs the question.
Alex Marvez (Foxsports.com, 26) - It sure looked like running back Chris Johnson and quarterback Matt Hasselbeck used Mr. Peabody's wayback machine to recapture some of their old glory last Sunday against Buffalo.
Dan Pompei (Chicago Tribune, 25) - Chris Johnson is going to have to run for a lot of yards if the Titans' defense keeps playing this way.
