PHILADELPHIA -- The Philadelphia Eagles have signed tight end Evan Moore.

The 27-year-old Moore replaces backup Clay Harbor, who was placed on injured reserve earlier in the week.

Moore has 63 receptions for 810 yards and five touchdowns in 47 games in four seasons with Cleveland and Seattle. Moore set career highs in catches (34), yards (324) and touchdowns (4) with the Browns in 2011. He played in 14 games for the Seahawks this season before being released on Wednesday.
