LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. -- Former NFL star Kellen Winslow joined Disney
Sports Attractions' sports and recreation staff Monday.
The 47-year-old Pro Football Hall of Famer will be in charge of events
planning for Disney's Wide World of Sports Complex, its five golf
courses, two water parks and other recreational programs.
"The opportunity to join the Walt Disney Company was just too good to
pass up," said Winslow, who will be based at Walt Disney World in
Orlando.
Winslow will report to former Cincinnati linebacker Reggie Williams, now
the vice president of Disney Sports Attractions.
Winslow was a five-time Pro Bowl tight end with the San Diego Chargers
from 1979-87. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1995.
