NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Tennessee Titans cornerback Cortland Finnegan pleaded guilty to reckless driving Tuesday in a plea agreement to settle a drunken driving charge.
Finnegan received a six-month suspended sentence, and he will be on probation until he completes 20 hours of community service in the agreement reached by his attorney, Roger May, and the assistant district attorney handling the case.
He also must pay a $150 fine and court costs, and his driver's license will be restricted for refusing to take a breathalyzer test when pulled over on June 23.
Finnegan, a seventh-round pick out of Samford last April, played in all 16 games last season with two starts for the Titans, and he had 57 tackles.
