Von Miller notches sack in Week 2 win vs. Chiefs
by R.J. White | CBSSports.com

Broncos linebacker Von Miller racked up seven total tackles and a sack in his team's 24-17 win over the Chiefs in Week 2.

Miller was held to just one tackle and no sacks in the season opener but fared better Sunday. Unfortunately, he did leave the game with a groin injury in the second half, according to the Denver Post. Miller may be limited in practice this week depending on the extent of the injury. The Broncos travel to Seattle in Week 3 for a Super Bowl rematch.

Brandon McManus delivers six points in Week 2 win
by R.J. White | CBSSports.com

Broncos kicker Brandon McManus converted his only field-goal attempt and all three of his extra points in his team's 24-17 win over the Chiefs in Week 2.

McManus didn't receive a field-goal try until late in the game, hitting from 20 yards out to extend the team's lead to seven points late in the fourth quarter. He's converted two short field-goal attempts in two weeks while filling in for Matt Prater. The Broncos travel to Seattle in Week 3.

Broncos DST can't come up with turnovers in Week 2
by R.J. White | CBSSports.com

The Broncos DST managed just two sacks and no turnovers in the team's 24-17 win over the Chiefs in Week 2.

It was a disappointing result for the defensive unit, matching up against an offensive line that looks more exploitable than last year's group. They gave up 28 first downs to the Chiefs offense, allowing 11 successful conversions on 16 third-down attempts. The 2-0 Broncos have a tough test ahead in Week 3 with a trip to Seattle on the docket.

Julius Thomas grabs touchdown in Week 2 win vs. Chiefs
by R.J. White | CBSSports.com

Broncos tight end Julius Thomas caught four of his five targets for 39 yards and a touchdown in his team's 24-17 win over the Chiefs Sunday.

Thomas grabbed a TD on the team's first offensive drive on a play to the back left corner of the end zone. It was his second catch of the drive, and he would tally only two more over the rest of the day. He even saw positional mate Jacob Tamme score a touchdown later in the game. It was a solid day for Thomas after exploding for 104 yards and three touchdowns in Week 1. He'll take on the Seahawks in Week 3.
