Bush injured his calf just before last week's game, and wound up not playing. He has said the injury will not keep him out Week 15. Bush has been able to play through injuries despite missing practices throughout the season.
Cut by the Packers in September, Ross returned a punt 58 yards and a kickoff 98 yards for touchdowns in the second half of last week's loss in Philly. That gave the Lions DST four touchdowns this season.
Ross also had a 44-yard kickoff return against Dallas, a 42-yard punt return vs. Tampa Bay and a 35-yard punt return against Green Bay on Thanksgiving.
"As good as he's been, I think he can still get better," special teams coach John Bonamego told the team's website. "He has done a really good job of staying with the plan. He understands where the blocks are supposed to happen. He can see the field.
"He also has a dimension on power," Bonamego added. "He's a bigger guy and thicker through the legs. He's a determined runner. He doesn't go down easily. He can run through some arm tackles and is elusive enough to make that first guy miss and get it started."
Detroit has been decent defensively at home, with double-digit Fantasy points in four of six games. The Ravens give up the 14th-most Fantasy points (9.5 per game) to DSTs, but surrendered only 12 in the last two weeks combined.
It all adds up to the Lions DST being a borderline play Monday night.
Then Ravens safety Matt Elam decided to open his mouth. After describing Megatron as a "big, fast, athletic, unstoppable freak," Elam was asked how best to cover him.
''He's pretty old, so I don't know how physical he'll be,'' Elam told the Associated Press. ''He's a big guy, but he's older. I guess when they get older they're not going to be as physical, you know what I'm saying? We're going to have to be physical, make him uncomfortable.''
Johnson, 28, doesn't need extra motivation to punish the rookie and the rest of Baltimore's secondary. The Ravens have allowed four touchdowns to wideouts the past two weeks, and 18 plays of 40-plus yards this season.
Johnson is the top Week 15 play at receiver, according to two of CBSSports.com's senior Fantasy experts.

Bell could have flex value even if Bush suits up. Bush has a calf injury that surprisingly kept him out Week 14. Bush said he expects to play Monday night against the Ravens, but we won't get a better idea until Detroit starts practice Thursday.
The Lions need to win to keep pace in the NFC North, thus they might use Bush at less than 100 percent. Bell would rotate in more often, serving as more than a change of pace.
Bell has scored in four of the last six games. In the last two, one with Bush, one without, Bell carried 42 times for 163 yards and two touchdowns while catching seven passes for 92 yards. He did lose two fumbles. Consider Bell a high-end RB2 if Bush doesn't play and a sneaky flex, especially in PPR leagues, even if he does.
