Jets OL Oday Aboushi to serve one-game suspension
by Michael Hurcomb | CBSSports.com

Jets backup offensive lineman Oday Aboushi has been suspended one game for violating the NFL's policy for substances of abuse. He will miss the season opener against the Browns.

He was pulled over for a traffic stop January 10 in Morris Plains, NJ, where police found "a very small amount of marijuana," according to Aboushi's representatives.

"I apologize for my actions and understand the repercussions," Aboushi said in a statement. "This is something I've learned from and I'm focused on moving forward."
